At Brainhub, you will:
- Guide technical and non-technical candidates through our recruitment process (caring about the candidate experience),
- Collect requirements and feedback from other domain representatives involved in the recruitment processes,
- Conduct recruitment interviews,
- Take care of the candidates' database (we work on Recruitee),
- Co-create processes to improve the workflow of the recruitment team ("work smarter, not harder" :) ),
- Manage relationships with job board representatives and publish job ads,
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team.
Who are we looking for?
Apply if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (obligatory),
- Fluent English (at least B2, preferable C1),
- Ease and openness in meeting new people because good relationships with candidates are important to us :)

What do we offer?
A solid paycheck:
8 500 - 12 000 PLN net (B2B) or 7 000 - 10 000 PLN gross (contract of employment).
