Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will support us in a delivery process based on Agile principles and practices.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

• working directly on client’s project with Brainhub’s internal teams and with the support of Delivery Managers, 
• supporting product delivery process,
• coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality,
• removal of impediments to the team’s progress,
• removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams,
• supporting in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and PB management,
• facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

Are you our new Scrum Master?

The answer is “yes” if you have:

• min.2 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master (software house, client’s project or internal product),
• practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum and applying them to individuals and teams to improve flexibility and efficiency,
• a mindset based on Agile and Lean values,
• effectively implement and support agile values and principles, including a focus on transparency, inspection, and the ability to adapt,
• superb command of written and spoken English (min. C1).

The answer is “oh hell yes” if you have:

• practical knowledge of Lean, Kanban, and other agile methods,
• passion for coaching teams towards self-organisation and cross-functionality,
• good communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders,
• knowledge of how to support Product Owner and organisations.

Recruitment process

Dominika (Recruitment Administrator) will inform you about all further steps. If your experience matches our requirements, we will invite you for an interview with Michał and Adam from Delivery domain in our team and Karolina - IT Recruiter. If there are any issues that require further clarification, we will ask you for a second - this time shorter - interview. After that, within a few days we will come back to you with our decision and overall feedback.
