IT Talent Sourcer
What is your mission?
- Sourcing candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques (practice knowledge of most common tools is a must, but the more creative and non-typical methods you use, the better!);
- Building long-term relationships with candidates;
- Taking care of an excellent Candidate Experience;
- Drawing candidates' attention to open positions;
- Keeping candidates' talent pool updated and in shape;
- Supporting our current recruitment processes in the IT area;
- Co-creating Brainhub’s recruitment processes.
Are you our new IT Talent Sourcer?
The answer is ‘yes’ if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing for IT positions (ideally in a software house),
- Superb command of written and spoken English (at least B2),
- Excellent experience in using all available tools and methods supporting active search on daily basis,
- Experience in gathering needs and understanding IT positions,
- Proactivity, creativity, ownership and excellent time management skills,
- Analytical and kind of detective skills,
- Openness and ease in establishing relationships,
and it’s ‘oh hell yes’ if you have:
- Responsibility in managing and completing everyday tasks,
- Orientation among the latest technologies and the newest tech buzzwords,
- Ability to work in an environment of changing requirements,
- Skills to act as a brand ambassador,
- Eagerness to search and introduce new sourcing procedures,
- Strong outcome orientation.
