Candidate profile
We’re looking for a communicative person who enjoys working with others and sharing knowledge. It's someone who initiates new ideas and suggests improvements.This person will have a chance to develop existing infrastructure and implement completely new solutions, so we value flexibility, willingness to learn and proactivity.
Your tasks
- Co-creating an environment that increases the autonomy and efficiency of other teams in Brainhub
- Supporting the team by handling everyday DevOps-related issues
- Creating and managing a new infrastructure that can be automated as much as possible
- Creating tools and solutions for developers that will help deploy applications to Kubernetes clusters and cloud environments
- Managing infrastructure for testing apps (which are written in Node.js)
- Implementing solutions in the domain of metrics, logs, and tracing
- Developing the CI/CD pipelines
Good if you have:
- Relevant experience with DevOps tasks
- Practical skills related to administration and deployment of applications on Kubernetes clusters (cloud and on-premise)
- Experience with Terraform and the IaC approach
- Extensive knowledge of GNU/Linux
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CI tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Ability to work with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Bash, Go or Node.js
- Good spoken and written English skills (B2+)
Awesome if:
- You are familiar with the GitOps approach and have experience with tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD
- You mastered the process of creating and maintaining Helm Charts
- You have experience or want to learn AWS (we cover the certification costs)
- You have certifications such as CKA / CKAD / AWS Solutions Architect - Associate

Recruitment process:
- If your experience meets our needs, you will have a short call with Paulina (our Recruitment Administrator), who will ask some questions about your experience and motivation.
- We will then invite you to a recruitment interview with Karoliną or Julią - our IT Recruiters, together with Wojtek or Dariusz or Benedykt from our team.
- If any issues require further clarification, we will ask you for a second - this time shorter - interview.
- After that, we will return to you within a few days with our decision and overall feedback.
