Candidate profile
We are looking for an assertive person, capable of arguing their own decisions and making responsible choices. Someone with a natural need for continuous growth and self-improvement, ready to test new tactics and ideas to grow the domain and business. We want you to find yourself well in a growing organization, a diverse team, and tasks that require openness to the team and the customer.
Your tasks
- Generating leads and new business in collaboration with Sales team,
- Ramping up business development activities (new business) with the support of existing ABM and Ads, together with the Sales team and Brainhub’s co-founders
- Creating and implementing a long-term strategy for lead generation
- Managing a three-person marketing team, contractors and cooperation with an external agency, setting goals and achieving them (mainly for MQLs/SQLs),
- Budget management (200 000+ PLN per month)
- Responsibility for funnels: Inbound (Lead/Demand Generation) and co-creation of strategies for New Business or Partnerships or Outbound targets,
- Responsibility for Customer Acquisition - SEO/SEM, Ads, ABM (in collaboration with the team)
- Responsibility for Customer Conversion - A/B Testing, Marketing Funnels, CRs (with the support of the team)
- Executing marketing strategy (Inbound, ABM) in cooperation with the team
- Collaboration with core team, technical departments, or clients to conduct market research, collect customer interviews, analyze them and translate them into strategy
Let’s talk if you have
- Several years of experience in a similar position in international B2B marketing, preferably in a related industry eg., software house, marketing agencies, SaaS, etc. (it’s a must-have)
- Experience in Sales - responsibility for the entire marketing+sales funnel in cooperation with the Head of Sales
- Practice in Lead/Demand generation - proven results in generating high-quality leads
- Strong analytical mind - data-driven approach and experience in data-driven management (with Google Analytics, conversions)
- Experience in team management
- Experience in business generation in the collaboration with Business Development, Outbound or Account Management departments
- Fluent English skills (C1+).
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Ahrefs, User.com, Webflow, CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot or similar)
- Experience in Outbound/Lead generation/New business development
